Get to know Sarah Fletcher
We get the know golden girl, Sarah Fletcher. A guide to Bali, her summer essentials and her favourite bikini.
1. Tell us a little bit about you…. Where are you from?I am originally from Perth WA, I moved to Gold Coast and lived there for 9 months and now I live in Melbourne. I currently own my own online brand called Balanced Active, this has been a very challenging task but I'm so proud of myself for jumping in and doing something I love. I am now looking and moving to Sydney in 2023. I love meeting you people and changing up my lifestyle, hence the moves!! 2. What does a normal day look like for you?If I am not working - my days are pretty chilled. I wake up and go to either Pilates or boxing, then go to my favourite coffee place (Cheeky Monkeys), then I'll go home and make myself breakfast and I end up seeing friends, going for walks, going to the beach or running errands. I like to fill my nights with having a little time to myself to wind down or I plan a dinner with a friend. I never have the same two days, i make sure I change it up everyday to keep my weeks interesting. 3. You recently returned from Bali, where was your favourite place?I loved Uluwatu, it was so beautiful. I've never stayed there previously until this last time I went. The Villa I stayed at was magical. Such a nice location to wind down and relax. 4. Bali - what to do, where to stay, what to wear, what to eat?I honestly always take a massive suitcase filled with clothes but I only ever wear bikinis with a sarong and burks during the day and at night I'll chuck on a cute dress, again with burks! (Birkenstocks).Canggu I'd say is the better place to stay if you like to be amongst the party scene. Otherwise Uluwatu if you want to relax a little more and step away from all the tourists.Top picks for Bali:1. The lawn (drinks & swim)2. Luma (dinner)3. La brisa (lunch)4. Body factory (gym)5. Rise and shine (breakfast)6. El Kabron (Uluwatu) 5. Go to summer essentials?Tanning oil, sunscreen, a big beach towel, sarong, sandals and a cute hat
6. Favourite Mamph pieces?
String Tri Top + Cheeky String Bottom - I am currently wearing the Cocoa.
Gold Coast at the start of December, Perth for Christmas and Sydney for New Years Eve 8. Your shopping for a bikini - what’s a non negotiable or a must have?I love the bikini top to be triangle shaped and bottoms to be cheeky with adjustable straps on the side. I'm more of a solid colour girl rather then patterns.
