Terms and Conditions
We here at Mamph Collection want our customers to be happy and satisfied. If your swimwear does not fit perfectly when received, you are welcome to exchange your item/s for another size or receive a store credit. However, please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind with any colour or style. Mamph Collection does not cover the cost of returns, as this is at your own expense.
Once we have received your exchange or return, we will assess the swimwear. If the item is no longer in stock, we will issue you a store credit. Please be aware and take into consideration that we do not fix any deterioration in the pieces, colour running, lack of elasticity or colour fading. To make sure your swimwear stays in tack and remains in good condition, please follow the care instructions on the Mamph Collection care card received with your order.
Please meet these requirements for all returns or exchanges:
- The item must be remained in original condition with all tags/labels in the remaining places
- The item must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way possible
- If applicable due to swimwear ordered, that the hygiene seal is in place
You must include a prepaid postage satchel for your exchange to be posted back to you. If we receive your items, and they do not meet the above requirements, you will be sent back the order.
- Please make sure that swimwear is firstly tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse the item.
- We do NOT refund or exchange any SALE or DISCOUNTED items.
- ALL exchanges need to be returned within 10 working days from the date of delivery, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your full name and order number.
